I am sure you are well aware of the storms we had  in our area over the last year or so. Did you know that the entire Tri- State area was declared a Catastrophe area?     I encourage you that you will be treated kindly. Having a natural disaster like we did will not raise your rates and you will not be penalized for filing a claim. I also plead with you to not work with the Insurance Company on your own; we have plenty of horror stories about that!
